Our 40,000 sq ft manufacturing unit in Bolton has benefited from continuous investment in technology, enabling us to produce A-E rated sealed units and safety glass. The Martindales factory is kitted out with the latest manufacturing equipment, including:

a 3m x 2m Lisec CNC glass cutting line with automatic edge deletion facility
a 2.1m x 3.6m TCME glass tempering line (toughening plant)
a 1.6m x 2.5m Lisec robotic sealing IGU line with barcode reading facility
